I got it specifically to help me drink all my water each day and it does make it a lot easier! It does hold four 16 fl oz bottles of water. I do not always use the freezer stick and filter; they both screw off easily when not using. I just add a straw extension and ta-da, good to go. Its appearance is just ok, looking a little on the cheap side compared to my other bottles (i.e. I do not quite trust this handle yet), but so far it travels with me all day: car, work, gym, shopping, home and has worked out great. Standard car cup holders will not hold this jug. |
